Return Policy

Running On Raw’s exchange/return policy is 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If your purchase is within 7 days a receipt or proof of purchase is required prior to processing the return.

In order to return or exchange your item, the item(s) must be unopened, unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged or returned. Frozen raw products, dog or cat toys, chews, beds and all refrigerated products cannot be exchanged or returned. Please understand that this is for your pet’s safety.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will notify you, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

To return your product, you should contact us first at You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Another option may be to have the exchange or return done while Running On Raw is delivering a different order to you.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
